Almafood corn strozzapreti are produced with organic and gluten-free wholemeal corn flour.

The craftsmanship enhances the flavor without altering it, highlighting its seasonality and origin. Its typical intense yellow color is given by the presence of zeaxanthin, a carotenoid with strong antioxidant properties.

Corn is a very nutritious product, rich in lipids, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, starch and fiber. It is also an excellent source of vitamins A, E and PP. Almafood fusilli are by their origin Naturally gluten-free.
