Almafood rice dumplings are made with organic and gluten-free brown rice flour, Rosa Marchetti quality.
Bronze drawn and dried at low temperature to enhance the flavor without altering it, highlighting seasonality and origin. Rice flour contains a high amount of starch and little protein. The refining process reduces fiber, mineral salts and vitamins; this makes the natural flour more nutritious and healthy.
The Rosa Marchetti variety is a fine and traditional Italian rice variety that has a completely natural origin.
For its production, only certified organic seeds are used and no insecticides and fungicides are used, not even those allowed by EU regulations and commonly used in organic farming. Likewise, no fertilizers, fertilizers or soil improvers are used, not even those allowed by EU regulations and MIPAAF decrees commonly used in organic farming.
