HOW TO PREPARE IT: Add one tea bag to a cup of freshly boiled water and infuse for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy plain or sweetened, hot or cold. To make a vegetable consommé just add a pinch of salt. Carrot tea can also be used in cooking, to prepare rice dishes, soups and noodles.
