The pomegranate is a plant native to the Middle East. It has round fruits with juicy ruby-red seeds which are very rich in antioxidant properties and health-promoting nutrients, it slows the ageing process and improves blood flow, it helps reduce water retention and cellulite.

HOW TO PREPARE IT: Add one tea bag to a cup of freshly boiled water and infuse for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy plain or sweetened, hot or cold. Pomegranate tea can also be used in cooking, to prepare rice dishes.
