GoldItaly is an Italian e-commerce platform specializing in curating the finest products from the best certified biodynamic agriculture companies and presenting them to the public in a single location. Our goal is to use an innovative digital marketplace to meet the growing desire for high-quality products. We demand that all products we offer meet the most stringent criteria for health, well-being, safety, and traceability.

Are GoldItaly products certified?

Yes. All products offered for sale on our platform are carefully selected based not only on their origin as products of Italy, but also on the quality certifications the companies hold. 

What are the selection criteria for the products you sell?

The products we sell must possess one or more of the following:

100% Made In Italy

Certified Organic

Certified High Quality

Other certifications as contextually appropriate (Biodynamic, Vegan, Non-GMO, etc.) 

Does GoldItaly also sell non-certified products?

No! Our policy is to select and offer only certified Made in Italy excellence.

Why was “.io” chosen as GoldItaly's domain?

"I/O" stands for input/output. This encapsulates GoldItaly's mission: to take in only the finest inputs from only the finest Italian small- and medium-sized enterprises, and release to the customer world-class outputs, both in Italy and across the globe. Further, "input/output" summarizes our commitment to implement complete product traceability, so that our customers can rest assured that our products are authentically Italian.

At GoldItaly, we stock only the best certified high-quality food and wine products from small- and medium-sized enterprises, who commit to making their products exclusively with ingredients of Italian origin. Not only do we verify the supply chain's origin, but we also verify the composition of the ingredients, ensuring there are no additives, preservatives, or anything else separating you from the natural state of your food.

Can I request invoicing?

Yes! Invoicing terms are available; when you order, please provide your company details and VAT number. 

Is the order traceable?

Absolutely! Once the order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details; when your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. 

Is it possible to get free shipping?

Yes, for domestic shipping only. If your order is more than € 79, we will bear the shipping costs.

For EU orders above € 129 there will be free shipping cost with the exception for Baltic and Scandinavian countries where there will be a flat € 10 fixed shipping fee.

What are your approximate shipping times?

For Italy, please allow between 1-2 business days. The islands could take up to 3 business days.

For most countries in the EU, please allow 4-5 business days. For the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Scandinavia, please allow 6-8 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, if your order is received before 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped the following day. Orders received after that, but prior to Friday at 4:00 pm will be shipped the coming Monday; orders received over the weekend will be shipped the coming Tuesday. Following that, delivery timeframes depend on the destination: within 24 hours for major cities, within 48 hours for minor and mountain locations, and up to 72 hours for smaller islands or remote locations.

Has your order been placed but hasn't arrived yet?

After your order is complete, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is being processed; as soon as your order is confirmed and the package is ready to ship, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. You can also always log into your GoldItaly account and check the status of the order, from purchase to shipping.

If the package does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact Customer Care at support@golditaly.io.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If the product you purchased arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care and let us know what happened! In your email, please include photos of the product and packaging, with the damage clearly visible. We will do our best to help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
